FinBizTools is operated by CSRT Traders. This policy explains how information may be handled when you access or use FinBizTools.

Information Users Provide

If you submit the contact form, FinBizTools processes your name, email address, selected topic, message and consent confirmation to handle the inquiry. The plugin emails the message to the configured recipient and does not create a contact-submission record in the WordPress database. The email and hosting providers may process or retain the message under their own systems and policies. Do not submit passwords, financial-account details, identity documents or other sensitive information.

Calculator and Business-Tool Data

The deterministic finance, GST and business calculators process entered values in your browser. Their calculation code does not transmit those inputs to FinBizTools servers and does not store them in cookies or browser local storage. Printing or downloading a result saves the chosen output through your browser. If you explicitly select an AI explanation feature, the AI processing described below applies to the information submitted for that request.

Document and Image Processing

The Image Compressor, Image Resizer, Image Cropper, JPG to PDF, PDF to JPG, PDF Compressor, Merge PDF and Split PDF tools process selected files in browser memory using client-side JavaScript and locally hosted processing libraries. Their implementation does not upload file contents to FinBizTools, CSRT Traders or a third-party file-processing API. Generated files are downloaded through your browser. The website does not retain those selected files. Browser extensions, device software and downloaded copies remain outside FinBizTools’ control.

AI Tools

When you deliberately submit text to an AI tool or request an AI explanation, that submitted text and relevant parameters are sent to the FinBizTools server and then to the configured AI service provider to generate the requested response. AI requests are separate from the local document/image utilities. Do not submit confidential, regulated or highly sensitive information. AI responses are drafts and should be reviewed.

Analytics

No Google Analytics, advertising analytics or similar analytics script is bundled with the current FinBizTools code. If analytics is activated in the future, this policy and any required consent controls should be updated before collection begins.

Cookies and Local Storage

The public calculators and document tools do not set cookies or local-storage entries. WordPress may set essential authentication, administration or preference cookies for authorized users. The hosting, caching or security environment may also set essential cookies. FinBizTools does not currently bundle advertising cookies.

Server Logs and Spam Prevention

Normal hosting, WordPress and security logs may record information such as an IP address, browser or user-agent information, requested URL, response status and request time. Search terms included in a URL may appear in logs. Contact-form abuse controls use a short-lived counter based on a keyed hash of the connecting IP address; the counter expires after ten minutes, although normal WordPress cleanup may occur later.

Third-Party Services

Relevant service categories include website hosting, email delivery and, only when an AI feature is invoked, the configured AI provider. External links lead to independently operated websites governed by their own policies. No third-party service receives files selected in the local document and image tools through FinBizTools code.

Data Security

FinBizTools uses measures such as input validation, output escaping, request verification and access controls. Hosting, email security, software updates and device security also affect risk. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Data Retention

Locally processed calculator inputs and document/image files are not retained by FinBizTools. Contact messages may remain with the operator’s email provider for the period reasonably needed to handle the inquiry and applicable obligations. Server, security and backup records are retained according to the active hosting configuration. AI providers handle submitted AI-request data under their applicable service terms and privacy commitments.

Children’s Privacy

FinBizTools is a general-audience utility website and is not specifically designed for children. Children should not submit personal information through the contact form or AI tools. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted personal information may contact the operator for review.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated when website features, providers or legal requirements change. The Last Updated date identifies the current published version.
