How it works
Enter seller and buyer information, proforma document number, issuance date, validity window, and line items. Specify optional shipping or handling charges and select your preferred display currency and tax rate.
Formula and methodology
Taxable Amount = Σ (Line Quantity × Unit Rate − Discount). Total Tax = Taxable Amount × (Tax Rate ÷ 100). Proforma Total = Taxable Amount + Total Tax + Shipping/Handling.
Example
5 units at 800 with 200 discount and 15% tax plus 100 shipping gives 3,800 taxable, 570 tax, 100 shipping = 4,470 total.
